David Fogg is a highly experienced Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, and Engineering Manager with over 20 years’ experience across Defence, government, and commercial maritime sectors. He brings deep expertise across the full ship acquisition lifecycle, from concept design and tendering through to delivery, contract management, and operational support.

David has led engineering programs and bid development for projects exceeding AUD $2.5 billion, with responsibility for technical risk management, cost modelling, and ASDEFCON contract delivery. He has established and scaled engineering teams, implemented systems engineering processes, and achieved ISO 9001 accreditation for design and engineering functions.

His experience spans naval architecture, system design, and production engineering, supported by strong capability in stakeholder coordination across clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams. David is known for his collaborative, structured and solutions-focused approach, delivering technically sound outcomes that align engineering, commercial, and operational requirements.

James Ross is a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience across Defence, shipbuilding, and industrial engineering environments. He is experienced in design and production engineering, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and aligned with manufacturing and operational requirements.

James has led engineering delivery across complex projects, ensuring cross- functional coordination and acting as the primary interface between engineering, production, supply chain, and clients. His experience spans experimental prototyping, system design, compliance management, tender development, 3D modelling, and engineering management. Throughout this work, he maintains a strong focus on delivering designs that meet performance, compliance, and production requirements.

He brings strong capability in implementing engineering technologies and digital tools, including CAD systems, to improve design accuracy and workflow efficiency. Known for his structured approach and collaborative style, James supports clients in translating engineering concepts into deliverable, production-ready outcomes.
